where would you say is your happy place is ??
for me its the beach
do you meditate or think its a waste of time ??
I mediate two to three times a day
.I personally have found that it helps me sleep better and have a better outlook and attitude overall.

 I'm a great mediator, when people argue...

I also like to meditate often during the day...

At lunch, we have fountains outside with tables... I'll get mine to go and sit and check my FriendFinder-x posts and/or read a book... sometimes, I just listen to the water and picture myself in Maui or Singapore or Cancun or Acapulco or Manta... it is a wonderful relaxation process for me...

 I meditate some. Life becomes too rushy. It is a good way to take a break from it. Happy place for me is being on my boat in the bay. Well, that is what I have been told.
