Take me dancing she said... at this hour on a Monday night in Big 'D'... only one place to go... Take me dancing she said... at this hour on a Monday night in Big 'D'... only one place to go "Sambuca 360" at the "Shops of Legacy" in Plano... Where does she get the energy? I'm exhausted... we have had a heck of a day... I'll never forget this day... It's 10:30 PM as I get on the North Dallas toll road and we head to Plano... we exit on Legacy and valet park the car as we get ready for non-stop dancing... Ok, so... I'm not a real dancer... but, I love to dance... and, my Aphrodite can dance... oh, can she dance... she can move, like a mermaid on the dance floor.... But, here's the interesting thing... she's having an adventure of a lifetime, and she knows we only have a day and 1/2 left... so, why waste it? Well, I could think of a kazillion reasons why and count sheep while I'm doing it... I could crash right now... but, I won't... I will fight my fears of exhaustion, and of not being the greatest dancer in the world.. I don't know if you all have ever watched those silly dance shows on tv... Well, I don't, but, my does, and she's always telling me this, that and the other... and, sometimes, when she comes to the house I have to watch a couple dances (under duress... I might add...). But, I'm a good dad, so I do... Well, anyway... the commentators always point out that the stars are paired with very gifted dancers that can make miracles happen out on the dance floor... And, this is what my goddess does for me... as we are dancing to songs I would never dream of dancing to, she whispers in my ear what to do next, to twirl her, or step back or take two steps this way... and she is a strong woman... I like strong willed women and those that are not weak... not, that I want to compete with them, but, I'm not intimidated by strong women... I'm intimidated by women that are 'insatiable'... what is the point with them... The DJ has put Tiesto's new song on featuring 'Natalie La Rose'... I love it... "Feel it in my bones This anticipation See him through the smoke So hard to be patient There is a clock in mind We running out of time Killing it goes so easily I want to feel him breathe I want his hands on me You know there's just one thing I need..." -- "The Right Song"... It is the right song... 'cause we are dancing to the long version, and the beat is pulsing thru our veins... she is moving me all over the dance floor... sweat is pouring out of my pores... OMG, and she moves like the wind... kind of like a Christopher Cross song, but, I'm not putting that one on here... I don't want to sound like I'm focused on one thing, but, her melonlcious breasts are triple x rated tonight, because her butt is gyrating and those breasts are not going to jettison themselves off of her body, but, my mind is all over the place... how could I possibly be turned on anymore today.... it's impossible... I'm dead tired... where do people get this energy??? some of you know I've brought this up before, and, I'm just a simple man... easy going... those of you who have not been to dance clubs may not know that the music is non-stop and, as the last beat of 'The Right Song' ends... the DJ spins 'Crave You' by Flight Facilities feat. Giselle... "Why can't you want me like the other boys do? They stare at me while I stare at you Why can't I keep you safe as my own? One moment I have you the next you are gone... I crave you..." When the music slows down... she pulls me in close and plants a kiss on my face... our sweat, saliva, and heart beats combine into one... and, I bend her over as the music continues to play... I am craving her... and, maybe, she is craving me... but, we are already together... After this song... we sit down, and grab a couple of drinks to quench a real thirst... we order some appetizers and additional drinks... I tell her how happy she has made me, for taking the time to be with me here in Dallas... and having made the investment of time... the most precious gift any of us has to offer... and, yet, some of us waste those moments away, wondering if he is the right one, or the soul mate or the god of all men... 'just go with it'... enjoy the moment... find that diamond in the rough, but, know what you are looking for... because you might miss 2 million diamonds if you don't know what you want... maybe you want this, but, think you need that, only if this is true, or the temperature is above 40 degrees or the moon is full or the planet is in a tailspin... who knows??? As I'm pondering all of these things, Vaults begins<b> singing </font></b>'Mend this love' to us... very slow song... "I was in the air Carried like a burning old ember Falling on the breeze Scattered into dust on all four winds..." We got up and danced to this song... the lyrics are actually sad, but, I didn't care... it's a pretty song... and, I love the voice... we are locked tight and she fits me like a glove... a baseball glove... not a hockey one... not a golf glove... just sayin'... and all is right as we are dancing .. and, the strobe light is flickering different colors at us, plus there aren't that many people there as we are here on a week day... but, I don't care... Next, the DJ spins 'Lissie' for us and she is<b> singing </font></b>'When I'm alone' and we keep dancing... I'm catching my second wind, because you never know when the DJ is going to put some fast music on, but, so far, we've been lucky... all this time, she's had a smile on her face... so peaceful... no apprehension or concern... just like it should be... easy going moments... first time for dancing outside of the sheets... isn't that weird how that works... "When I'm alone with you, you make me feel, you make me feel When I'm alone with you, you are the one, you are the one..." Yes, that is how I've felt all day... she is the one... Now, the DJ puts on some music, which gives me a chance to sit down... my goddess goes to the bathroom to freshen up and we she returns, we are listening to "Bondax" playing 'All I see (Darius remix)... and, we jump back on the dance floor... "I don't even know how I got here But I know that I don't ever wanna leave I feel the aura and I feel the atmosphere The bass is pumping and now I believe The light is my bass and I feel the attack now Then I'll have a taste now, there's no turning back We are moving as one, We're aligned with the stars..." -- Bondax - 'All I see' (Darius remix)... What a blast we are having... I haven't sweat this much since I can't even remember when... I mean, sure, I've worked the elliptical 3 - 4 times a week, but, not like this... the last song we dance to is by Drake White... 'It feels good'... "“Laying with my lady on the river bank / She looked over lazy and she gave me a wink / She said there’s no sense in working if it’s this dang hot / So dip your toes in the water, baby this is the spot,”... I kind of liked it... on the way back to the hotel, we listened to an assortment of songs, but I was so tired, I can't remember them... I cut the cds, so it's not so bad, it's just that I was so tired... Anyway, she may have had other ideas as we got to the hotel room... but I jumped in the shower... and, then dried off and got in bed... the next thing I knew, it was the next morning... and there was a knock on the door... breakfast was being served... and, with that I leave you my little pretties... any thoughts on this adventure? thanks, in advance... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..... Hi Joy. Thanks for your comments. The songs have been carefully selected to set the mood for this series of moments in time... Perhaps, if you get some time you will get a chance to listen to them...there were some others that could I thought about, but most of them will be on my Feb cd... Isn't it amazing how you can be 'dog -tired' but still rise to the occasion to please the one you are with. She is definitely trying to make the most of her visit and does not miss out on anything so that when she returns home she isn't left pondering 'what ifs' Music and dance has always been an important part of my life since I was a little girl so I LOVE all the references in your story. Lots of unfamiliar titles that I will need to look up and become familiar with!

She is definitely trying to make the most of her visit and does not miss out on anything so that when she returns home she isn't left pondering 'what ifs' Music and dance has always been an important part of my life since I was a little girl so I LOVE all the references in your story. Lots of unfamiliar titles that I will need to look up and become familiar with! thanks again for reading and commenting on this blog... It is amazing how one can be exhausted and still go that extra mile to fulfill that moment of ecstasy for your lover... you hit the nail right on the hear... she did make the most of this adventure... I have done that on my trips whether I've travelled to New Mexico or Kansas, I believe in giving it my all for that brief period of time, remember, I treat my intimate moments as firsts and lasts... so, that I can appreciate them and not mistake it for some meaningless encounter between just 'two bodies'... I want them to be remembered forever... One of my girlfriends from years ago, reached out to me on FB a couple of years ago, and she couldn't believe some of the memories that I had of us... I'm glad that most of the songs are new for you... it is a challenge for me to post the lyrics for setting the mood... and, I don't want to bore with the same songs, so, I have to research many lyrics to capture the right moment...
