Where is Melania??? Didn't she say she would.....

work to stop cyberbullying?

Yet her own husband the tweeting twit continues to threaten and bully people through his twitter account.

from theguardian.com/us-news/2016/nov/03/melania-trump-cyberbullying-campaign-speech

Melania Trump, whose husband has built a public profile partly around his vulgar and offensive Twitter account, called for a gentler and kinder America on Thursday, where can spend time on social media without fear of harassment.

In a rare public appearance, Trump portrayed her husband as a devoted family man with “deep love and respect” for all Americans with a speech intended to help soften his public image with women.

“Our culture has gotten too mean and too rough, especially to and teenagers,” Trump said at a sports center in Berwyn, a suburb of Philadelphia suburb. She drew cheers as she continued.

“It is never OK when a 12-year-old girl or boy is mocked, bullied or attacked. It is terrible when that happens on the playground and it is absolutely unacceptable when it’s done by someone with no name hiding on the internet.”

As first lady, Melania Trump said she would work to combat online bullying and harassment. As a presidential nominee, Donald Trump has used Twitter to mock and degrade his opponent and women who have criticized him. He also has a pattern of sharing posts from sources with a history of spreading racism, antisemitism or white supremacy.

You remember Trumps attack on Megyn Kelly. He called her "sick, crazy, a bimbo" at various times and used even more derogatory language towards her. So of course many of his abusive supporters took that as an open invitation to attack her and they did. Thousands of his monkeys harassed her and made death threats against her because she was perceived to be against Trump. When Kelly reported on the r*** allegations made by Trumps ex-wife against Trump, he reportedly called Kelly and warned her "I almost unleashed my beautiful twitter account on you, and I still may."

from theguardian.com/news/2016/11/should-donald-trump-be-suspended-from-twitter
At one point, Kelly claims in her new book, the death threats being made against her got so bad that Bill Shine, then the senior executive vice president of programming at Fox News, called Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, who himself had retweeted a message saying “Let’s gut her,” and begged the campaign to lay off. “You’ve got to stop this,” Shine told Cohen, according to Kelly. “If Megyn Kelly gets killed, it’s not going to help your candidate.”

Trump has used his Twitter account to harass hundreds of people, places or things by throwing out insulting comments. Knowing full well that his blind followers would then attack the people or entities that Trump has expressed his dislike towards.

Trump Tweeted...
"Lyin' Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad. Be careful, Lyin' Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!"

from theguardian.com/politics/this-is-what-happens-when-donald-trump-attacks-a-private-citizen-on-twitter/2016/12/08/a1380ece-bd62-11e6-91ee-1adddfe36cbe_story.html

About a year ago, 18-year-old college student Lauren Batchelder stood up at a political forum in New Hampshire and told Donald Trump that she didn’t think he was “a friend to women.”

The next morning, Trump fired back on Twitter — calling Batchelder an “arrogant young woman” and accusing her of being a “plant” from a rival campaign. Her phone began ringing with callers leaving threatening messages that were often sexual in nature. Her Facebook and email inboxes filled with similar messages. As her addresses circulated on social media and her photo flashed on the news, she fled home to hide.

“I didn’t really know what anyone was going to do,” said Batchelder, now 19, who has never discussed her experience with a reporter until now. “He was only going to tweet about it and that was it, but I didn’t really know what his supporters were going to do, and that to me was the scariest part.”

This is what happens when Trump targets a private citizen who publicly challenges him.

When Trump tweeted about Batchelder in October 2015, he had fewer than 5 million followers; he now has more than 17 million and has bragged that having a Twitter account is “like owning the New York Times without the losses.” Twitter has become Trump’s cyber-magic wand, allowing him to quickly act on a fleeting idea, a fit of anger or something he sees on television. Now that he is the president-elect, the power of Trump’s tweets has only increased.

With one tweet, Trump can change headlines on cable news, move financial markets or cause world leaders to worry. With one tweet last week, Trump inflamed a conflict with China. With another tweet on Tuesday, Trump caused Boeing stock to plummet. With a third on Wednesday night, Trump prompted a series of threatening calls to the home of a union leader who had called him a liar.

“I think I am very restrained, and I talk about important things,” Trump said during an interview with the “Today” show this week. “Frankly, it’s a modern-day form of communication. . . . I get it out much faster than a press release. I get it out much more honestly than dealing with . . . dishonest reporters. So many reporters are dishonest.”

For Batchelder, who studies history and gender studies at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H, the abuse continues more than a year later. Five days before the election, she received a Facebook message that read: “Wishing I could f---ing punch you in the face. id then proceed to stomp your head on the curb and urinate in your bloodied mouth and i know where you live, so watch your f---ing back punk.”

On Oct. 12, 2015, Batchelder attended a bipartisan forum in Manchester and said to Trump: “So, maybe I’m wrong, maybe you can prove me wrong, but I don’t think you’re a friend to women.”

Trump defended himself, saying he gave women positions of power at his construction sites, has influential women in his life and will fund women’s health initiatives.

“I love women, I respect women, I cherish women,” Trump said at one point.

Batchelder asked for the microphone again.

“I want to get paid the same as a man, and I think you understand that, so if you become president, will a woman make the same as a man, and do I get to choose what I do with my body?” she said, then threw her arms up in a questioning gesture.

Trump answered curtly: “You’re going to make the same if you do as good of a job, and I happen to be pro-life, okay?”

After midnight, Trump’s director of social media tweeted out screengrabs of Batchelder’s social-media accounts. Trump’s supporters launched investigations of their own. At 7:39 a.m., Trump tweeted: “The arrogant young woman who questioned me in such a nasty fashion at No Labels yesterday was a Jeb staffer! HOW CAN HE BEAT RUSSIA & CHINA?”
....
Logic doesn’t matter to online trolls, who rated Batchelder’s physical appearance, threatened to r*** or otherwise hurt her and called her vulgar names. A photoshopped picture popped up online depicting her face covered in semen.
...
Melania Trump said during an April town hall with CNN’s Anderson Cooper that she has repeatedly told her husband to get off Twitter, especially after midnight. “Anderson, if he would only listen,” she said. “I did many times. And I just say: ‘Okay, do whatever you want.’ He’s an adult. He knows the consequences.”
end quote.

Is this the new way to control free speech? He may be an adult in years but he certainly doesn't act like an adult or at least not like a responsible adult. He acts like a vengeful, immature, spiteful, asshole.

Did you notice... "After midnight, Trump’s director of social media tweeted out screengrabs of Batchelder’s social-media accounts." That is clearly intended to cause attacks against the private citizen who simply asked a couple of questions.

When the Indiana union leader Chuck Jones spoke the truth about Trumps job saving exaggerations at carrier what did Trump do?

Chuck Jones, who is President of United Steelworkers 1999, has done a terrible job representing workers. No wonder companies flee country!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 8, 2016

If United Steelworkers 1999 was any good, they would have kept those jobs in Indiana. Spend more time working-less time talking. Reduce dues

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 8, 2016

This Pence Tweeted earlier this year.....

Appreciate the chance to meet w/ Chuck Jones & hardworking men of Local 1999 about our efforts to save Carrier jobs theguardian.com/jAzV4DO4PY

— Governor Mike Pence (@GovPenceIN) March 2, 2016

So surprise guess what Trumps supporters have been doing yet again?

Gee I thought Trump was for the workers... well it seems that's only as long as they are licking his ass and voting for him.

But we thinking people know that Trump isn't for the workers, he is for controlling the workers. He is for no minimum wage and no workers rights because Trump doesn't like unions.

He is for squashing anyone who says anything that doesn't agree with whatever drivel he is spouting. Trump wants you to believe blindly in whatever he says. So Trump use Twitter as a weapon to strike out against his perceived enemies even if they just asked a simple question or pointed out the truth.

So you say that Trump can't put a stop to "Free Speech" because it is protected under the constitution but there is more than one way to skin a cat...

So do you Trump supporters think the way Trump does these things is okay?

Death and [first comment denied because you can't use this word] threats to people that oppose him. People cursing each other out in comment sections. Donny really knows how to bring out the best of Americans. Right on track to making us "great" again. Good luck everyone.

In all of this, what really troubles me is that the truth of the excess and lies is so evident, and yet so may people seem so prepared to skew the reality to the point that the shite becomes acceptable. It's even got a name - post truth! Oh my dear sweet mother of fucking god!

I wonder if this is the result of so many reality shows and the brain rot they have caused?

Trump heavily criticized his opponent for her supposed ties to Wall Street.

So three of Trump's cabinet positions are filled by Wall Street investment managers.

Yeah, empty the swamp all right.

Well he is emptying the swamp... he's getting the politicians out and putting in professional crooks.
