sexual positions, are they that important?
How many sexual positions are there? As my memory serves me well with my past reading (okay I have a pop up book) of the Kama Sutra, there are 64 positions outlined.
Yet tonight when "Googling" sexual positions the number of sex positions possible ranged from one (1) (yes one web site on the World Wide Web suggested the "Missionary" position as the only real sex position) to 400. One web site even mentioned there were 100 variances on the 64 sex positions in the Kama Sutra. As members of the human race, it amazes me that we can find new (really not new) ways of fucking.
Is it the position of sex connection the thing we enjoy or is it the person and then the position we have sex in is secondary? This mind of mine is an inquiring one. Over the 45 plus years of being sexually active with all of my partners/lovers/friends (the number is an arbitrary one – I did count once in the early 90s) for the most part of my sexual partners, not all positions have been tried out completely.
With a few of my female partners, they have been sexed from head to toe literally. Some of my past lovers / friends / partners have enjoyed one sexual position over others.
