take a picture show it's true,
because im far away from you.
show me that you were there,
share it with me like you care.
it's a memory that you make,
the picture for reminders sake.
take a picture make it last,
often memory can fade quite fast.
the color joy and happiness,
frozen there as time elapsed.
in your mind the story's there,
the picture for the love to share.
take a picture of your smile,
it's the curve that does not hide.
it shows your beauty to the world,
it lets me know you got my word's.
