A man obsessed and the pregnancy scare..

I would like to start off by saying that I understood his situation, and in no way did I make light of his concerns.

This story is about a guy that I met about two years ago. He was a real nice guy, and we got along really well. The first, and only time, we ever got intimate was probably one of the worst nights of his life. He was getting into it pretty good, when all of a sudden, the condom he was wearing slipped off. Although I noticed, I don't think he did till it was too late.

After he pulled out, he realized that he came inside me without the condom. Now, I wasn't really worried about getting pregnant, but the first thing that popped into his head was that he wasn't ready to be a father. Yelling at me that I should go douche or something.

Well, here's the deal. I explained to him in full detail of why I can't get pregnant. I wasn't born with usable equipment to do so. I might go into that some other time if people are interested. Anyway, still freaking out, he asks me, "if you can't get pregnant, then why have me wear a condom?" As I posted in another blog, [post 3570733], condoms are for more than just birth control.

It would appear that he didn't believe me, because for the next two months, he was calling me and txting me all the time. Asking me if I am pregnant or not. After the second month of this, I actually took him down with me for a pregnancy test. Only then did he finally stop going on about it.

I know my pregnancy scare was all on him. But there are many situations in which a pregnancy scare can literally break someone apart. Whether if be the female or the male. Though, from my personal experience. This is the only time when a guy freaked out more than the girl. He truly was obsessed with it.

I think that at my age, if I were in such a situation, I'd want to take out a full page ad in the New York Times announcing that I had a pregnancy scare. Pride goeth before a fall....but I'd do it anyway!

He was the only guy that actually got freaked out like that. Most guys that I know just kind of brush it of.

"So you can't get pregnant? Okay, then let's do it again then."
