Blessed or cursed?

Blessed or cursed? I am quite certain I am not alone in this regard. Whether it be your ability to handle money, build a house, organize a warehouse, drive a car, paint something beautiful, speak to the masses and be heard or whatever it is... do you ever feel like despite your exceptional abilities you feel it's a futile effort?  You don't have to think much about it, you just do it and you can see the common sense behind your methods  Yet others try to assist and just make any situation worse  They cannot seem to understand the proper way to do something with which you are involved or worse yet, they just do what they think is right and simply don't care that they haven't a clue and ultimately make MORE work for you!Without being rude about it you make specific adjustments to what they're doing...right in front of them... and yet, they're blind. Is it really worth it to have the little bit of extra help...to have to clean up behind them when they're gone?  I don't know, maybe I'm just being a little bitch about it..... Everyone is on a different plane of intelligence. Some people's plane has not taken off yet!!  |

You handle things differently than I do ... A quick conversation discussing the 'merits'  of the current system would take place post hast. If they want to make suggestions or have ideas for changes, great. But until then & if not ... please follow the current systems as instructed. Touching things twice or tasks done incorrectly are counterproductive and not cost effective. No written procedures ... OK, not to worry. Who trained him so he's aware of the correct procedure. If he continues to make these mistakes ... ask him if he would like some more training and if he thinks he understands the procedures. Show him specifically what he is doing wrong. Are the issues coming from being young and not really paying attention or arrogance from someone who feels he knows everything ? The latter is harder to deal with. That's when your inner Samuel needs to surface. I want my maybe internet husband to be happy and stress free. Do you have any Primal Urges ... We're just a small distributor and there is not training or anything like that. The one guy who was helping is the sales guy from the L.A. area. Ultimately it was really no big deal. I was surprised when I came in today to find he had moved all the stuff that was piled in front of my work bench, so that was a bonus Happy and stress free?
