On Tenterhooks. A Poem

I live on tenterhooks
Is there a street or Ave
With such a name?
If there were
I would be it's first resident.

Things I await
Cause<b> anxiety.
</font></b>I am anxious
Like a
At a gate
But I falter
More often
When it's lifted
As I am not some
of impeccable lineage.
I have a terrible track record.
The<b> anxiety </font></b>and subsequent
Denoument
Just producing a sigh of relief
The adrenaline depleted.

 Being anxious is human nature.
Most of us have feelings like that.
There isn't really any kind of cure.
Try deep breaths or yoga on a mat.
