I Will Miss A Poem

I will miss
The sound of your voice.
I will miss
Your sense of humor.
I will miss
Our conversations.
I will miss
Your openness.

I will miss the promise.
Not that you ever
Made me any,
No, the promise was
Simply the opportunity
For us to share more
To actually meet
And put into practice
All those scenarios
That your dirty mouth
Talked about
That your dirty mind
Envisioned.

I will miss all of this
But it could be worse.
I could have a truly
Broken heart
Had we met.
So I will say
Thanks for sparing
Me that.
You seemed to know
I might become
Emotionally attached.
As you yourself said
You could develop feelings.
But something would
Come between us
Your unfinished business.

 Dating again.
Ms. Represent looked nothing like her picture.
She wasn't who she said she was.
Took Ms. Cued out to play billiards, what a lousy shot.
Ms. Informed, well she just gave out bad advice.
Ms. Direction was just a magical diversion.
Ms. Treated, abused her whole life, was a submissive wife.
Ms. Behaving invited me to be naughty with her.
How could I resist her sheepish grin?
Ms. Led me down the wrong path, She had lied.
We had parted ways.
Ms. Judge, Do not, declared Ms. Trial.
Ms. Conduct , my boss, called me into her office with Ms. Manage.
Made for an interesting work day.
Met with Ms. Guided the other night, she had different ideas.
Ms. Leading, she had good intent but turned out to be Ms. Read.
Ms. Understood, and Ms. Interpret were up for a ménage a trois?
I was Ms. Taken.
Ms. Taken and I became soul mates.
Ms. Used but looking for the one.
