He Wants Me To Change A Poem

What is he?
The latest wonder of mine.
The one who makes wonder
If he could be the one
But I come to find
He is not
Shortly after
We have begun.

He wants me to change.
Like so many other guys.
I know the things they fault
But I cannot seem
To take action
So they go away.

The Catch 22 in effect
Or a circular argument.
I get it!
I get it!

I digress.
Back to him
And his
My latest wonder.
Who wants to change.
Why do I bother?
It seems to be
Always the same!
Another man
Playing a game.
In which I am
Always on the losing end.
