人的內心就像
一個蹺蹺板
智慧與煩惱
就是～
蹺蹺板的兩頭

智慧重的時候
煩惱就輕
煩惱重的時候
智慧就輕

如果發現自己
最近脾氣大了
心不靜了
想不開了
就說明對善法
的薰習少了

所以要堅持
不斷修行善法
親近善友
不斷給內心充電

越來越多地
保持善法的狀態
煩惱自然就少了

 脾氣大是妳, 靜下心的也是妳, 沒甚麼不好的,
不要被迫用意識去強壓抑心裡潛意識感覺,
否則, 還是會有創傷的,

情緒是很不可靠的, 這一刻情緒好, 下一刻又可能因著某事傷心難過起來, 有時還要強壓抑自己不開心的心情去虛假的面對別人, 甚至欺騙自己的伴侶.

心的擁有, 永遠比妳想像的寬闊許多, 也比妳的理性意識強很多,
‘過去的’、‘現在的’、‘未來的’都能擁有;
