Hump Festival Submission

I am attempting to assemble a creative team for a Hump Festival video submission. The deadline for submissions is September 30 and I want to make sure to have enough time to develop a quality product that will not only have a good chance of being screened, but also have a good chance at winning a prize. I am in search of a cast and crew for this project, so if you don't want to be in front of the camera, you certainly don't have to be. I have a general concept for a story, but wouldn't mind another writer with whom to collaborate. Your gender doesn't matter, nor does your sexual orientation.  Sorry if I seem uninformed, but what, exactly, is a 'Hump Festival' video and what could I possibly contribute?

I responded days ago, but didn't realize my post was denied since it contained the Stranger's website address. Do an online search for Hump Festival and click on the one from the Stranger. (Not the tour links. The tour was a best-of compilation that went around the country.)

 The Hump Festival is an annual amateur porn exhibition based in the Pacific Northwest with screenings in Seattle, Portland, and Olympia. (It screened in Bellingham two years ago.) It is sponsored by The Stranger. Go to thestranger website for complete information. I am looking primarily for local aspiring filmmakers, actors, and actresses since I want to make the production look as professional as possible. If you have a background in aspects of cinematography, editing, or screenwriting, that would be beneficial as crew. Or are you strictly looking to be in the cast?
