My head is swimming with all of the changing advice, restrictions etc. But don't we still have to be cautious once vaccinated ? Can't one still be a carrier even if vaccinated ? aaarrrggghhh

That's great news about your second vaccine shot ... and your impending socializing! We've been fully vaccinated since the early part of May, but haven't met with anyone.

Congrats on 2 shots, how they role out vaccination, I do not understand. Lots of people in their 80 are waiting for their second shot. Lots of young working people taking public transit daily still waiting on shots. My appointment for 2 shot is at end if August. As others mentioned , the newer strains more lethal. Even after my second shot , I will remain cautious. Enjoy your date

Impressive! I don't think I could have waited that long to meet someone. Would have proposed meeting in a park for coffee or something. But a person who can play with my mind will always get a seat at the table and he seems to have done that. May your date go as well if not better than you hoped for! All the best!

The joy of meeting someone new is awesome. Hope it goes well!!!!! Covid has really screwed up the whole meeting people thing. Oz has been slow in its roll out of vaccine. Shockingly slow, criminally slow. I'm on a list but thats as far as it has gone.

I don't give my government much credit credit for its handling of this pandemic but our health service have been really on the ball at rolling out the vaccines, this weekend anyone over 18 can go to a centre and get their first jab there are many volunteers who also deserve praise. The world is going to have to learn to live with this virus and be alert for others. I have been dating a woman now for a few months and attending gigs which if indoor are socially distanced and one is served at the table, cinemas, theatres and sports stadiums are operating on reduced capacity, I suppose there is still a risk but it seems for the moment the regulations and the vaccine are keeping things under control. So good luck with with your meet, be safe be happy. xoxo

Be safe livestream all the crowds out side the Montreal hockey game on tv not one had masks on and they are hugging each other standing side by side . Even in the states they have seating set up shots no shot yet they are all shoulder to shoulder . Now this will be the true test if it's safe or not .what will be the out come in a week or two. I had my seconds shot nearly two weeks ago - this means, I´m safe soon. Stilll no dancing, working on some meetings, we will see, what comes. Nope our country is well behind the eight ball on the V admin. Shockingly bad. And although we have been spared so far, Delta and Delta plus seem to be getting out of hand. As for the V i'm on the list, but it maybe even september before i get my first shot, which is fucked.
