What do guys look for in a play partner?

We were talking with a swinger couple that we're friends with and the female half shared that she feels she has lost her ability to be sexy and fun and that she has been hesitant to play as she feels she will be a letdown. To clarity, they're a couple that only plays with guys and never women. I have personally played with her and she is far from not sexy or a letdown. So that got us talking about what most guys are looking for in a play partner. We decided to throw the question out there to all of FriendFinder-x for their feedback.  For me there has to be chemistry. It's more of how we get along and relate to each other. If there's good chemistry things just fall into place.

 When swinging as a couple, poor hygeine was a definite no-no. There had to be chemistry and personality. Arrogance and aloofness were a big turn-off.
