 I would get rid of everyone that is in congress now and hire everyone who post to this thread as representatives of the states until the states can elect new congressmen under new appointed 3-two year terms, with no progression to more than 3 states and max of 35 years total of federal employment.

 My first priority would be to abolish electoral college for the favor of true democratic voting system where every single vote really counts.

And then, after this job is done, I'd take a looong relaxing vacation.
