I've been on this site for like 5 years. My friend count is 30. Why?

Cause I actually need commonalities, and, communication. And, need to respect you ...

I make the time and put in the effort - they make the time and put in the effort. They have shown trust in me, I in them. They have earned it, and I for the same them. It's really that simple ...

The people here who I have bonded are in my life for a reason, and, I theirs. Regardless of the miles, we laff together, cry together, support and encourage each other ...

I'm completely blessed and grateful for those in my life, here or otherwise ...

 This is such a true quote today my friend. Like you I just want you to know I want you to know how very blessed I am to have had you in my life for so many years here now. And I want you to know I will always be here for you when ever you need me. I hope you enjoy a relaxing evening..

 Trust? I give it away too freely thinking everyone is like me.
I'm not sure if I get burned or not. I usually just walk away if I don't feel the vibe. Nothing lost but a bit of time.

 I do agree with the statement that trust must be earned and not demanded. I guard it wisely and do not entrust it carelessly.

 Trust is earned. My circle off-site is small and healthy and long-standing, On here I have been selective after a period of time and those who have gone on- wish them well

I also been known to give my trust to quickly. Tho, these days, not so much! We don't want to continually lose time, so, we do need to learn to choose more carefully who deserves it and who doesn't. Have a stellar day!

Ya, I can't see how people think it's okies to "demand" things from others?! That's not really a word in my vocabulary. It's a beautiful day out here - hope the weather is nice there also!

Healthy is a great adjective, as we should only allow those kinds of relationships in our life. I prefer the ones who stay for years. Tho, sometimes there are lessons to be learned, for one party or all, which can determine the time length of their existence in our lives.
