Feeling/Interactions with younger men

Being a younger man myself, I am always curious as to why older couples, females, and males enjoy (or don't enjoy) playing with younger men. What is it about younger men that you love or can't stand? Is there an experience that changed your view upon them? Do you find that most young men are immature, or are there a select few that are worth investing in?
