HUH? You Did What AFF? UGH...... Sooooooooooo...I sent a "suggestion" to FriendFinder-x. Feedback they call it, I believe. Btw...you have to confirm about three times that you do indeed want to send your missive to them...before it actually gets sent....lol Below is the suggestion I sent them....and their reply!! They approved my profile? Huh? Did they recently deny it? If so...it's news to me...lol That usually only happens if I tweak it a little bit by literally only adding a sentence or a few words. Not a word of their reply has to do with my suggestion to them... I think perhaps they really don't read the suggestions or feedback we send...surprised?   Be Honest..Be Sincere...Be REAL  |

They cant leave things alone on here! Get something half way working and they mess it up again and then start limiting what members can do. Its getting old fast! Why would anyone want to pay to be a member when nothing works! I was paid member long time ago, same problems I had as regular member so NOT WORTH IT!!

Sounds about standard for this site, just responding with a pre-set reply and not looking properly at the problem. Their attitude to "customer service" does make me wonder whether they are fully supportive of the site or whether they'd actually prefer us to leave and go somewhere else so they can shut the place down.

Sounds like the "Suggestions" department is on auto-pilot. Or perhaps they never received your first message and you need to type it again....and again....and again.....  Cum follow my blog and feel free to leave a comment. It's what makes the chat interesting!

I agree...if they improved the site, updated their servers..got the bugs...gremlins...kinks (in a bad way...lol) out of the site, they probably could get more members to upgrade to Gold memberships! It seems to be that most areas of this site aren't working properly. Perhaps if they put a little money into updating their servers or whatever is needed, instead of most likely worrying about the profit margin...this site could function better and it's members would have better things to say about it and enjoy their time on here much more...
