Physical attraction but that does not mean they have to be beautiful. I find sexy and attractiveness in many ways. Could be the smile, the voice, the eyes or just a certain look. I fell in love with my wife at hello 43 years ago and honestly as we grew, figuratively and literally i never lost the attraction.

Welcome back sexy! I think it is mistake to think it is one thing. For me at least, it is LOTS of things, a combination of factors, that sometimes are combined in to something called "chemistry". For me its looks first, usually my eyes go up and down and then personallity kiks in you only find that out when talking to her, so beauty is first!!
