Wow I just reread my profile after 6 months off site and I sound very demanding. I'm not. I think I've just learned through trial and error what works and what doesn't. How to cut down some of the incompatibility without spending weeks exchanging texts.

Soapbox. Be honest about what kind of time you have available. If two people are on opposite schedules with their , they are never going to get together.

I've been learning a new job and discovered I'm not nearly as confident when I don't know what I am doing. I need a hug .
