I would concur on the article......curious who the hell they interviewed.... giving and getting can be the most exciting....intimate....and intense time if done right... was with a woman for years who didn't enjoy giving.....you can tell and its a total turn off.....as well she never let herself go when receiving......almost felt bad for her that she wasn't willing to discover what pleasure her body and a willing partner could provide

I like oral sex a lot both giving and receiving although it is certainly not a must for me. I like the electricity and energy that flows when two people that are fond of sex come together. In my experience most of the time such energy is enough to guide one another as to when to move to oral and either finish with it or move on to the next thing. Maybe I am fortunate but I rarely have a discussion on the subject.
