Finding the Vanilla line.

Hi everyone, I'm really new here, just finding my feet and all, I've been looking round some profiles and contacting the few of you that I can without going for the gold membership just yet.

I heard the term "vanilla" used to describe sex of a somewhat mundane variety. I really like it as a descriptive word, it conjurers up thoughts a flavor we all know and love, but is after all is said and done, ever so slightly boring, it makes you just long for some ben and jerrys chocolate fudge brownie, a Raspberry swirl, or something with hundreds and thousands and extra<b> whipped </font></b>cream.

Now, I don't know exactly what is considered "vanilla" and what is thought of as, well, if there's another word for the non-vanilla variety of sex, then I've yet to be made aware of it. Let's just call it pervy for now.

So is there some sort of list somewhere for what's vanilla and what is deemed pervy? Or is it all a personal judgement call? Does someone have to be into watersports or pegging to avoid being labeled vanilla, because around here, from my admittedly brief observations, vanilla is kind of thought of as at least slightly insulting.

Where's your line? What's the point where things start to get interesting for you personally?
