Your Not The Only One.....
Shit happens,

Job loss
Money problems
Health issues
Relationship crisis
Blog Drama

and when it does it can feel like we are the only ones in the world going through it, but the reality is we are not... lots of others have gone through it... some are going through it right now. So don't feel alone.... reachout.... someone , somewhere is a Rock for you in your current storm, and if your life is golden, remember it can change... and while you can, be there for someone who needs you

Don't let things get you down... find a reason to smile and make it the best day you can, and doing something physical can reduce stress ten fold

I'm off to split up from my stress.....

 I have seen ppl say 'don't lose hope, there's always a way', but I've never seen a post reminding us that, if we happen to be in a good spot, to remember to be that rock for those that aren't. Thanks for the reminder.
