It happens to the best of us

Yes, believe it or not I got stood up. We chatted, texted, made a plan and agreed on a time and place. On the day in question I got all dolled up and arrived at the appointed location 15 mins early and proceeded to wait in vain. I was expecting Mr.Tall, Dark and Handsome but all I got was a text saying he wasn't going to make it. Just that. Is it too much to expect an explanation, an apology, some remorse for having<b> wasted </font></b>my time? There are so many other things I could have done but I chose to give you my time. And if you absolutely have to cancel how about doing it well in advance? Anyway, I had a great meal and Im moving on to the next one..

 Well, not any way to treat ANY human being, but I just don't believe someone can stand you up. From the much I have seen on your profile, and the photo, I think you deserve at least one date. And yes, maybe in person you may be a little different, but then I think the least someone should do is to tell you that after that first date.

But having said that...I would expect this more from the ladies. Chickening out, from fear. Only reason I can think of why a guy would so that, is probably if he oversold himself and couldn't live up to it.
