Do you give signs....

Recently hung out with a female friend of mine and we happen to be in walmart killing some time and just browsing around, one of the female workers didn't realize we were there together and kinda gave off a<b> vibe </font></b>my friend said that she wanted me to try and talk to her and i argued that she didn't, she said she could tell because she kinda kept in the area of where we were and even came to the register when i asked a gentlemen for assistance i said that didn't mean anything and i didn't notice her give off any kinda<b> vibe </font></b>that would've made me think I need to push up and maybe try get the number i don't even think she smiled or anything... she then told me "thats why men are clueless" so my question to the ladies is do you give off signs when your interested and want a man to approach you and if so what signs do you give... are there levels to the signs that you give off?
