Love Talking Heads , I've seen Squeeze live, and the lead singer Glenn Tilbrook do a solo show a couple of times, he was excellent.

The Clash were awesome....I was also a fan of The Jam from that era, and of course , Blondie

Siouxsie did a whole album of covers, which included an excellent version of Trust In Me from The Jungle Book.

Toto Coelo - I eat Cannibals !!! I haven't heard that song mentioned in 35 years lol , along with Hayzee Fantasy , I believe they had a hit with a song called John WayneIs Big Leggy, which was all about anal sex lol, if my memory serves me right

Also a fan of the French band - Les Ritas Mitsouko , in particular their song Marcia Baela

WOW I'm impressed. Hayzee Fantasy also did a very cool song Shiny Shiny.
So many bands I didn't even mention. Billy Idol, The Knack. We could go on forever.
