Did You Live in New York '79 to '84
I was 21... The year was 1979

I moved into NYC from growing up in Central NJ

Moved to a place called Bretton Hall
Located at 2350 Broadway between 85th and 86th Street
The area is known as the Upper West Side.

Right before moving there I landed my first Recording Studio gig on West 57th Street.

My rent was $580. per month. Now the rent for the same apartment is $4200 per month (WHAT!) There's no way I could afford that place anymore.

Back in those day I hit all the hot clubs (missing those days so very much).
My neighbor was a Rock Photographer. Every Sunday afternoon she would do a photo shoot at the old CBGBs.

Then we grow up...

Anyone live in the city those day?
Always love talking about the good 'ol days.
