August Surprise

August Surprise Hello all, just a quick update. School for the will be at home again this year thanks the school board voting unanimously abolish the hybrid school year they came out with a couple of weeks ago. That means I won't get any time alone relax, and that I will actually have all the teaching on my plate once more. I dislike for a few reasons not even including my own selfish ones. 's much harder for the learn. I don't know the common core crap so that's impossible for me try explain, and if there's an issue with the videos online, the have questions for their teachers, or they just send an seems the four hours per day the<b> teachers </font></b>are available they don't want be bothered with any of that. I know a few<b> teachers </font></b>that have earned their money, but I've seen all too many that don't. Unfortunately I don't see that getting any better in the near future. At work things are picking up, and we're close to mandatory OT. That means twelve hour days for me again. So no life anymore. I hope it doesn't happen. Right now I'm back on tens after a couple of weeks on six eights. It sucks being essential. At home there's nothing to report except that last night he asked me what I would do if he gave me a hall pass under certain conditions. My heart lifted hearing him ask because it's been so long that I've been bugging him about letting me go elsewhere if he's not willing. His exceptions were no kissing, condoms, he picks where we go, and he helps to pick the person. He stressed that it wouldn't be a date, and that it would be a motel, and then home. I can tell he still is very reserved about the entire thing so I will NOT push him. When he's ready he'll let me know. The conversation came up after I tried to get frisky, and we ended up just talking like usual. I just listened to his dilemmas, and tried to set his mind at ease. I think he knows that I don't want to end our marriage. I just want some relief. I consider this a major breakthrough. Hopefully nothing screws it up. So that's that.
