 blogging can be the pressure release that you need. Instead of telling folk exactly what I think, I always put up a blog post...and occasionally when I'm just plain mad at the world, I put up a blog post...if you change your profile pic, then no one will recognise you and you can say what you like...you'll still get lots of pictures of dicks from idiot blokes, but that's never going to change.
