What is in a type? I used to think I have no type and found having a type very frustrating, and causing tremendous suffering. Type being a physical description of an ideal package: blonde european tall green eyed athletic with a masters degree in law... I rightly felt this kinda expectation building gets directly in the way of spirit making magic happen in our lives. I felt that we human beings with our very limited consciousness have very lil idea what is best for us, so by creating these restrictions we are so shooting ourselves in the foot. So because of this I believed in being open and having no type. But then recently I discovered I do have a type, except my type is absolutely not manifest tangible qualities of a physical package --be that appearance, age, societal characteristics, or anything like that; rather spiritual and personality qualities. Here is how I would describe these qualities: The type of woman I find attractive tends to take care of herself physically, without being<b> obsessed. </font></b>She knows herself well enough to know her strengths and also is able to allow others to support her . She is passionate and playful while still able to be disciplined and serious when needed. She is open to change, open to new possibilities. She is open minded, and has a beginner's mind, while being nobody's fool, and very able to think critically for herself, and respect herself. She strives for to honour herself while honouring others, knowing fully well how tricky that balance can be. She is able to spontaneously break out into a dance or be silly, as much as she can just sit still and have a very deep sustained connection. She can be intensely active at times while she is able to hang out and do nothing joyously other times. She is inherently kind, sweet, and effortlessly caring for others but she knows how to set boundaries and not to be taken for granted. Just like me she will enjoy being of service to others as part of her expression of being. When I speak with her about things that deeply move me she will have a impassioned opinion either in agreement or disagreement but not indifferent I felt wow how important these qualities are for me and yet how none of these qualities would interfere with spirit making absolute magic happen in my life. Granted this can look like a lot of qualities I am looking for, I am going deep within myself, asking myself who is your ideal match who you can best serve, and be your ideal playmate? It takes a certain authentic vulnerability and audacity, humility while not settling for less than amazing to ask for what we want. And I guess the ability to read and accept these qualities in itself is part of what makes one attractive to me smile emoticon It was a profound realization that although i didnt have restrictive qualities getting in the way of my magic feast manifesting I was by no means settling burnt bread and rotten tomatoes either. This made me realize the sweet spot of having very high standards in what we expect in the spirit and energy of what we desire while at the same time being so open to all kinds of unexpected magic happen in our lives |
