Speak up, I can't hear you.
Speak up, I can't hear you. I have completely lost voice. How did this happen? I'm not sick, I don't have a<b> sore </font></b>throat, and I haven't been yelling like a mad woman at a rock concert. It's a complete mystery. The coworkers have been capitalizing on my delimma.... Apparently it's funny when I start laughing and noises never before heard in nature emit from my body. Or, better yet, how hilarious is it phone continuously throughout the day hear squeak a barely audible 'hello'. I work with the criminally insane, swear God. other news.... Nose Hairs has recently started lecturing on the necessity of a house. He's gone so far as show LISTINGS of homes for near him. What is going on here?!? Does he not realize what it's like be a single mom? are a sponge bleeding dry... |

The biggest mistake that many people make is to buy a house while they still have consumer debt (auto loan, credit cards). Buy once the following conditions are met: 1) no debt. 2) emergency fund of 3 to 6 months expenses 3) twenty percent or more down payment 4) monthly payment of no more than 25 percent of monthly take home pay. (based on Dave Ramsey's teachings- see if the library has "Total Money Makeover".

Owning a home is better than renting...but it's not always a possibility. Maybe you should tell him you'll let him make a sizable down payment for you since he's so eager for you to buy a home! lol And of course make sure the deed is in your name only....

When I have sex I like to go from intercourse to oral, back and forth. One afternoon, while playing with a friend I lost my voice. We were heavy with the AstroGlide and I believe I had coated my vocal chords in lube. It took several hours to get my voice back. Well worth it!

my background (before I got into it sales) IS finance. There ARE ways to leverage your assets and borrow on those - ir leverage hu risk investments (to create wealth. But... as a single mother with a young child...? THAT... would be a risk... I would NEVER suggest. He may know finance? He doesn't understand the risks YOU face. I hear you. Or was this post... just a ruse to get me riled up? 🤔

he likes u. he's not experienced in financial limits. he like u. he has no financial plan. he likes u more than YOU think. True... though.. Ownership is better than renting. But I get what you're saying. Wish I could offer something more than bullshit. ❗🍷🍷 Actually, he is pretty financialy wise. He keeps lecturing me on my 401k and talks about investments... etc. quite a bit. I think you may be right about him liking me... But he has a girlfriend, a bunch of nose hair, and his pants were way too short today. It would just never work out between the two of us. LOL
