Public Service Announcement Toilet paper rolls belong on dispensors! Not on the back of the toilet, the handrail in the handicap bathroom stall, or perched upon the sink where we WASH OUR HANDS. For the love of God people, please make sure you put the TP out correctly when you put it out. So, yes, this is a huge pet peeve of mine.... One that I feel really strongly about. Think about it.... Just how many people have used that roll of toilet paper before you? Did they wash their hands? Did they, God forbid, get any body fluids on that hand before they reached out and grabbed that roll to unwrap the portion they would be using, holding onto it from the sides and inside of the roll?? Did they touch the portion you are now using to wipe when they set it back on the back of the toilet?? Ugh.... The worst is when people stick it on the sink. There are enough poop particles floating in the air to have that sitting up by where you wash your hands. You poop, you wipe, discover you need more TP.... And guess what? You're reaching back out again to the sink to get more TP. Egads... So, I sit here today, issuing out my public service anouncement for all to see, because once again, I had a disturbing public restroom experience at work yesterday. Aside from wearing adult diapers, I have no other choice but to use the restrooms at work when I have to go. I cringe at the thought even now... Yesterday was no exception. I walked in, washed my hands, and entered the stall. Perched upon the handicap hand rail were 2 rolls of TP. I was just about to unzip when I noticed upon the roll on the right a sized handprint... Leaning down a hair to see what I was looking at I noticed it was a poopy hand print. Yah. Fantastic! |

I think people are just kind of.... disgusting. They don't care that someone else has to clean up their disgusting mess, all they know is they aren't doing it. It's a public restroom! God KNOWS who's been in here?? The problem is, they're the reason people say that.

We've actually been getting it in pretty regularly and the hoarders are getting better! We've got 2 brands now. Lol

Sounds as though you should be wearing a Hazmat suit when you go to the restroom! A suit that's fully stocked with TP, wipes, paper towels, hand sanitizer and possibly an oxygen mask.

Hi secret_lade thanks for sharing people are pigs but, it is a good thing you didn't lick it to validate what it was I carry wipes when I got out people are not clean, as a rule and, in the men's bathroom, it is worse rarely, do I see men washing their hands makes me want to throw up especially, when I'm in a casino, and I'm playing the same card game they are yucky!!! made me think of this Muse - "Animals" Animal You're an animal Don't take anything less Out of control Strike those in distress Analyze Advertise Expand Bend more rules Buy yourself an island Animals We're animals Buy when blood is on the street

That is ridiculous for an employee or customer bathroom! At home is one thing, but there not so much. We have cheap 1/2 ply where I work... so you take about 4 feet and fold it up so the thickness equals about 4 folded squares of the stuff I buy for home

I am going to carry my own from now on along with some wipes. And avoid a public bathroom as much as I can. We may have to resort to outside behind a bush.

very good....that was my suggestion. Bring ur own. Travel with it....keep some in the vehicle too, for use on those rare occasions ,when we are free to travel again, to use in public restrooms~~

People / humans are slobs I use to clean bathroom in a factory during high school days Also had to clean bathroom at a cathlic Grammer school. I found the wemons and girls bathroom where dirtier then the men's and boys. Not saying guys could not hit the broads side of a barn when it comes to toilet bowls. Public toilet at rest stops are cleaner. At least the men's rooms are never been in a ladies rooms. And for get porta pottys they are just gross altogher. There no place like home.
