Here is the antique range I saw at an estate sale. The unit had several needed repairs and being of 1960 vintage, parts would be a needle in a haystack.

The section with the burners slides back under the ovens and locks in place. A knob under the left of the ovens pull out and releases the catch holding the tray of burners.

My pickup is sometimes like a "rural mail carrier" vehicle. It makes sudden stops and turns at the sight of "Yard Sale" signs or "Estate Sale" notices.

And, OH MY GAWD -- "community yard sale" sign is a MUST stop.
