The Trump Train Is Already Off The Rails

(Narrative)

Two friends are out for a game of pool. One says to the other.

So, who did you vote for?

I voted for Trump. Who did you vote for?

Hillary Clinton. You realize you voted into office a maniacal, narcissistic, egomaniac, sociopathic, misogynistic pig, who has no respect for women, fosters violence, hatred, and bigotry, and who doesn't have the temperament or the levelheaded decision-making ability to be president.

Yeah, I know. But, we really needed a change in the White House.

Well, you certainly got that. Did you see Trump after he won?

Yeah. Why?

He looked a little stunned. Like he really didn't think that he was going to win. Saying to himself, "I actually won, I'm the President! I need a moment to think about this. What do I do now"?

Why do you say that? He looked perfectly fine to me!!

Relax dude! You're not going to go trump on me, are you?

What do you mean by that? Go trump on you?

You know, get all violent on me. Because of what he fostered during his campaign; violence, hatred, and bigotry. Did you see Trump's meeting with President Obama in the White House?

Yeah.

What did you think?

It looked like it went well.

Did you notice how Trump looked humbled?

No. What do you mean?

He had this look like he was over his head. Like he felt like he didn't belong there in the White House. Like he needed to be told what to do. He was more than happy to take whatever advice he could get from Obama. But, I think he knows he cannot act on half the things he promised during his campaign. Because his campaign was simply him doing and saying whatever people wanted to hear to make them vote for him. He seems to realize to some degree that this is the real deal, and he is president now and has to act with some amount of caution and sensibility.

Do you really think all that?

Yes. But, everything depends on the kind of advice he will be getting from his cabinet, and also the people who truly run this country. What I like to call the "corporate elite". The wealthiest and most powerful. Of course, like Obama, there are certain things that he himself wants to see done and will do against the advice and control of all others. But this is like any president, who is in office. They are able to accomplish some things that they want, but nothing that goes against the power of the "corporate elite".

But how much of what he said during his campaign do you think he truly believes himself?

I don't know. He certainly seems to think that we need to build a wall along the Mexican border.

Do you think he will really get that done?

I don't know.

And how will he pay for it? He says the Mexican government will pay for it. I hope American tax dollars don't end up paying for it.

I certainly believe that he has gotten himself into a position where he is over his head. And he knows it. It is his own narcissism and stubbornness that has driven him to become president. And now that he is president, he is waking up to the reality that this is no longer a game. Did you notice his own family's reaction to him winning?

No.

They were not happy. They have no interest in all of this. All that it does is take them away from their own normal personal live. But Trump is such an egomaniac that he just had to win this presidency at all costs. Without thinking of his family or whether he really wanted this himself. He thought he wanted it because he is an egomaniac. But, now that he has it, he is waking up to the responsibility and pressures of really being president. And there is a degree of doubt in his mind about having done this. He didn't become president to serve the American people, but to serve his own ego. He does things because you say he can't. That's all you have to say to him. And he will do everything in his power to prove you wrong. That is why he became president! But now his ego has been humbled and deflated. At least for the moment. It remains to be seen if his inflated ego reasserts itself again.

Well, I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens with him as President.

Yeah, that is what I'm afraid of!

How long will we allow greed and corruption to control our government? The problem is not with Republican or Democrat, but with those people who control them. Those elite super-wealthy individuals, who control what happens in this country and dictate to our leadership what is to be done. The solution is to negate their influence upon our government and our country.

When will we open our eyes to the need to help each other? Hatred can only breed hatred. Kindness can only breed kindness. Who are we that we allow such suffering to exist in our country? Please just take a moment out of your busy day to listen to this song. Take a moment and think about those who are less fortunate than yourself.

The solution is not to give them a handout as you pass them by, but to give them what they need to help themselves.

Please watch on Netflix – Louis Theroux: Miami Mega Jail – Part 1 and Part 2

Here is an example of mass incarceration, and notice how many of the inmates are African-American.

The inmates speak of a code in jail. The code is to fight for respect and to prove yourself. When I was in the fourth grade; just nine years old, I lived in New Jersey. I experienced this same code in elementary school and junior high school. You fight for respect and to prove yourself. Of course, it was not as violent as in jail. But, it was the same code. And most of the were white. You had white living by this code as young as nine years old.

Please watch Netflix Original "13th"

"So many aspects of the old Jim Crow are suddenly legal again, once you've been branded a felon. And so, it seems that in America, we haven't so much ended racial caste, but simply redesigned it".

"Throughout American history, African Americans have repeatedly been controlled through systems of racial and social control that appeared to die, but then are reborn in new form, tailored to the needs and constraints of the time. You know, after the collapse of slavery, a new system was born, convict leasing, which was a new form of slavery. And once convict leasing faded away, a new system was born, a Jim Crow system that relegated African-Americans to a permanent second-class status. And here we are, decades after the collapse of the old Jim Crow, and a new system has been born again in America. A system of mass incarceration that once again, strips millions of poor people, overwhelming poor people of color, of the very rights, supposedly won in the civil rights movement".

We the people of this great nation must take it upon ourselves to regulate our government by way of peaceful protest, amendment of our laws, and the right to vote.

Who we allow to govern us is of the greatest importance for it will define the treatment of its citizenry. We cannot blindly follow, or believe that all is done in our best interest. We must use our own best judgment and open our eyes to the reality of how we the people are being treated by our leadership.
