so i went to sleep and i slept hard however my was barking at something all night. i went to look and there was nothing there. so i told him to be quiet. he played back down. i tried to get back to sleep but i was having trouble sleeping. a lot is on my mind. my mom has demincha and dad has alters. its sometimes not easy. but i try to deal with it everyday.
