What's Your Favorite Drink?

.

Someone asked me the other day what my favorite wine was.

Quite honestly I've never enjoyed drinking wine because of the taste and the fact that it seems to affect me as if I had taken a laxative.

When I do have a drink with alcohol in it, it's usually my favorite.

Something appears to be missing from the Directions, like how to include/mix the Southern Comfort and Galliano!

Can't really just pick one. I love rye and coke. Love coconut rum and tropical juice. Love Hard Lemonade. Baileys.

A nice whisky or scotch with just a splash of branch water to release the bouquet.

I've always wondered about "branch water." Is it just a term used in Kentucky, or is it just plain old water from the tap?

Sounds like it would be difficult to get if you went out to a restaurant or bar. Or do you BYOB?

If you're looking to try some new drinks to try, go to your app store and search for an app called "10001 cocktails"

Never, never use water straight from the tap.

Strictly speaking, branch water is (clean) water from a fresh spring or brook it's areated but not carbonated. I use tepid filtered water or bottled water.

I'm from the East Coast and I've been using the phrase "branch water" for years. I'm not sure where I picked it up from.

Thanks for your elaboration on the branch water.
