I'm sure you would be able to, just as we all could choose "other places" regardless of the level of education attained, but Vegas just happens to be my personal preference for my individual reasons.

 there was an old saying when i was in college years ago, BS is Bull Shit, MS is more of the same, and PhD is piled higher and deeper, congrats on getting the PhD
