Sorry, have to refrain from really getting involved in depth with this as it's big facade as to who is behind putting the kids up to all of this. All the public really sees is the well rehearsed and pre-written speeches being videoed from these spokes kids. The number one leader of this gang hung up on a call from the president that was an invite to a conference to discuss alternatives and solutions, and even refused to talk with any members of congress or the president about the subject when they called. My only question, and then I will shut up about it to never be heard again is: Is this the show of someone with knowledge and genuinely interested in the cause and willing to do what is needed to come to a logical solution to a problem?? Also in some private interviews with some of these kids that was leaked, none of them could answer factually questions about the history and the constitution and why it was worded as it was. Now that is higher education we are working with these days!! Love you Juggsy !! Sorry, am done, goodbye....

Well said my Friend, sad to see that the only responses are from supporters of the NRA! I don't know how can these people justify keeping Automatic Weapons, certainly not for Hunting! The 2nd amendment was written at a time when the USA was arguably at risk of attack from outside, and the weapons covered were Single Shot that took maybe a minute to reload. Modern Automatic and Semi Automatic Rifles and Hand Guns, would have been unimaginable to the authors of the amendment. Please visit my Blog "Older but no Wiser"

The problem lies with both mentally ill and automatic and semi-automatic weapons. There is no need for automatic and semi-automatic weapons to protect your home and the mentally ill should be kept from owning guns.

I don't understand all these people saying they are protesting to take away guns! That's not what everyone at the march was calling for... They are not trying to completely remove the 2nd amendment or ban the right to own a gun! We just need more checks and balances when it comes to purchasing a firearm.. If they can regulate birth control, abortion, prescription drugs, etc. Why are guns, so easily attainable?? And yes automatic and semi-automatic weapons..often military grade, are not necessary for self defense or hunting!
