 Just a hunch but I think he meant “bowl” not “bowel”. I could be wrong but that makes more sense. I speak typonese.
Otherwise, he’s got a shitty way of using an opening line.

 I'm thinking he meant to say doing a "bowl" getting high to start his day. Yes there are many silly people on this site and I do believe some attempt to connect this way but spelling errors do happen
