All the pieces of my shattered heart that was scattered i gathered
all the shards dulled and broken and cold
The unfolding story of my heart the part where i cried
and died and fried in hurt and pain and then rain
I cant put the pieces of my heart back together in this weather
i beg i plea i aplore please i need thee
Where do i start each piece is hard as bark
In each piece i see me flung astrewn and cast down to the ground
Where my heart used to be is empty nothing to see
Oh angels up so high come here and fix me please
Hear me cry to you angels so fair the ones up there your sapossed to care
If you fix my heart and put it all back together i will be better
i need my heart with out it im dry cold and alone
With a broken heart thats all ill ever have
But with sadness and fear and never a care
You things of light come to me and make it right
If you don't darkness will come and then i'm done
So come and save my soul and fix my broken heart
And keep the darkness back and away
Things of light so bright and might
heed me i need thee so see me
lest i die and go cold with all the shards of my heart in my hands
In my hands laid<b> wasted </font></b>and torn and i go i'll be gone
With no more songs to sing there're all sung im done
