 In the past I have decided not to meet a person I was talking with. Always with a good reason. I don't like being asked over and over.....if I will have sex outside. Or being told I will whatever. If a man can't take no after one time how do i know if he will in person. Some want to meet to fast. I have had most stop talking with me. Could be this is the first time meeting for sex and chickened out. Something I said. Maybe his wife or girlfriend found out he is cheating or suspects it. Some never intend to meet. Pretending they want to.
Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth.

If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

Chatting absolutely does not assumes you will meet, I certainly don't view it that way. But if after chatting you get to a 'let's meet' then don't go silent as you are about to make plans. Meeting does not have to be about sex; coffee, drinks, lunch are all good meets. I actually enjoy making friends and getting to know people.

Resident, yes that would be a good clarification to the blog title.
