My Fairy tale Sunday
As usual, it all started with a wonderful text from my Banker friend.

"How is your day looking? Wanna hang out with me?" she asked. "Would you like to go walk in the woods somewhere? I have shoes".

The latter comment referred to the last time we went for a "walk". I took her on a day<b> hike </font></b>that kicked her ass. I felt bad for nearly breaking her and I had no intention of doing so again.

She is a distinct planner and was taking steps to circumvent another bad<b> hike </font></b>on her part.

I had developed a plan to take her on a couple of short hikes near Lake Quinault, which is nearly two hours away. When I picked her up we started the drive west but quickly the discussion came to the Seahawk's game.

Turns out that both of us are a couple of closet "12s".

In the northwest spirit on an absolutely stunning day we decided the drive was not worth th potential benefit at the end of the day.

Long story short we first tried to find a sports bar, but that too was a fail. Instead, we picked up some take out from a Thai place downtown and headed back to her place.

I know this is an adult website, but this is a story about two really good friends. We sat through three quarters of a football game (our indecision made us 25% late!) and two movies cuddling on the couch. At one point we even snoozed together while our fully clothed limbs curled about one another.

Somewhere after sitting and listening through her breaking out to various choruses in "Beauty and the Beast" I summoned the courage to leave, go home and edit photos.

No sex? It was still a great day! A very adult day.
