A Beautiful Mess
Navigating between a sensitive heart and common sense brain is not always smooth nor easy. I feel emotion with such intensity that oftentimes logic is of no use when I am swept away in the moment and presence of mind is not to be found. Carrying a heavy emotional load through my work has taught me how necessary it is to not only process emotions but is also<b> teaching </font></b>me on a very intimate level that I need space to feel and move through them as well.
