Top Fan? Does that mean anything to you?

If someone is your top fan, are you more willing to reach out a chat to that person? Does it flatter you or is it creepy?

 If someone is your top fan, ... That was their choice to top fan. Doesn't mean we communicate, nor does it mean I have to communicate with them.

Does it flatter you ... I don't see how that could be.

or is it creepy? ... No. That is an adjective more applicable to stalkers.

Although if the woman is pretty, the feeling is more of a pleasant quality.
