Make mine with celery, minced onions, garlic powder, lots of black pepper, sweet relish, a dollup or so of spicy mustard n mayo. I also dont use white tuna....too dry IMO. Much prefer dark meat ~~

.......and for the melt...cheddar cheese , dark lettuce n tomato. I dont need an antacid.

I agree on the albacore being too dry which is where the tongol tuna comes in. Its moist and flavorful, but too oily for full recipe. I like the mustard touch. Might try that.
