Wonder why it's not working.

Wonder why it's not working. Some of the events over the weekend, and the last couple of months on the blogs had me thinking about something. Something that happens quite often in life, but we don't always think about it. It's not as glaringly apparent, as it is on here. Self fulfilling prophecy. I've watched people in my life start a task, consistently declaring how they are bound to fail. Then after they do, they can say.."see I told ya". Prophecy fulfilled. We lost a wonderful blogger the other day. Granted there was more to it than what going to describe. Lots of stress in life, etc... But when I was talking with her afterwards, she said the straw was the last day of reading all the rude and crude messages sent to her. And for the record, she wouldn't tell me who, but said some were from regulars on the blogs. Guys that she wouldn't have thought were in that percentile of idiotic guys. Guys who seem to not grasp the idea of a self fulfilling prophecy. In reading some of the posts from ladies this weekend, sharing some of the stupid stuff sent to their emails, it made me wonder. Are these the same guys who come on the blogs later screaming "this site sucks, no one answers my messages, leaving". Could it be the same guys, sending out the , "your sexy , wanna fuck" message? Then wondering why, sure enough, they are failing to get any response? Now granted. There's a lot of respectful guys on the site. But for all the dudes who can't seem to get a response from anyone, are you setting yourself up to fail? Sending out the rude and crude messages thinking somethings got to stick eventually ? I think the site still works, albeit much slower than the "get laid tonight" marketing. Go figure, most of the ladies on here are probably as tired of sorting through the barrage of inane messages, as was our missing blogger. But I do think, that a lot of the posts about how the site doesn't work, is probably got a little bit of self fulfilled prophecy in there somewhere. Just my opinion. There really isn't a question in here anywhere. no where near vain enough to think I can change anything on the site. Just an observation and a transference of thoughts into words. A bit of a rant, if you will.  The site is what we make it to be. And if you're not shooting yourself in the foot with every message, it's works quite well as a conduit for meeting people. Thanks for shedding some light on the topic of her leaving, I am so sorry to hear that happened to her as she's been a member for a long time. I always wonder what the hell is wrong with some people leaving rude comments and messages here. I guess they don't have anything better to do than bring good people down. This really sucks and I wish her all the best and I hope she decides to return soon as she is missed by many of us here. I hope you are having a great start to your week..  Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

I know the blogger you are talking about and she has been a good friend of mine both here and offsite for many years now. I miss her here of course but I understand that the constant barrage of rude messages gets to you after a while. Luckily I have a thick skin and choose to ignore them. However, the site can work and I have met some wonderful men on this site....some of whom will remain my friends for life. Needless to say they all showed some intelligence in their messages to me not just an overwhelming desire to get laid tonight. The men who continually complain about their lack of success here will either leave or learn what works. ~~Anais Nin~~

Thanks for shedding some light on the topic of her leaving, I am so sorry to hear that happened to her as she's been a member for a long time. I always wonder what the hell is wrong with some people leaving rude comments and messages here. I guess they don't have anything better to do than bring good people down. I totally understand. I get tempted to dump this place at times and I only get 1% of the email volume she did. Hmmm....maybe being not-so-sexy works to my advantage.  Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Young Man, again thanks for the private message response about her. She is missed, some just don't know how classy a lady she was. These guys ( not sure that is a real description) that go around and make all these crude comments to the Ladies of these sites are just fools, looking for a place to fall flat on their face, and no one but their self to blame, I to have seen several come on an say , been here 2 weeks and no action?? Wake up guys, this is the real world, these are real people, show some respect. and as you lay a trail of all these filthy unnecessary comments, for all to see, people (the ladies you try to have in your bed) see all this trash and you get a nice bad grade on each comment, and after a bit you are in the minds of ail as "MR. Rude and MR Crude", not a nice descriptor to be know as, The site works, except the techinical part of it, it sucks, but nothing I have found will fix thaat. Reporting to their Help desk is like talking to a clerk at your local department store about it, I have spent hours with " LiveHelp" for some simple technical help and not one time have I had any results, enough on that. We apperantly have lost one of our best, AGAIN, seen it before from blogland folks, and all we have to do is show the respect to others we would like to see sent to us!!!!! Jellosy and idiodic actions are a detroment to these places. I know it is adverstised as an Adult Sex Site with flashy logans , " the fastest lay in town" " Hook up tonight" etc, etc, it also says we dont know who is here and not sure that the facts they state are anything like the truth, it also states that there may be site employes used to reate activity.. and within the codeing of the operating software ther must be all kinds of lines of code to create activity from just looking at one's picture a few times, you wiil start to see that person looking back, been tested for this and it can be made to make a person apear to be on IM when actually are not.. Back to subject at hand, I am so sorry that we have lost another one of our Classy Ladies, A lady with a real mind for all he real people here at these sites.. She is always nice here. I don’t get it. I do think the online social media is rude and crude everywhere. Not just here. I am not on FB or twitter or instagram. From what I hear, those sites are a forum for mean. I choose not to subject myself to it. I so miss the old days of going out and socializing. The only way to meet people. We would go out to dance and drink and had a ball. Now everyone is home typing out bs to people they don’t even know. Sorry, now I am ranting on your blog. We do have you, a rare nice guy here.

well..those people are screaming this site won't work, or the site is not working for them, i think they are noobies...and perhaps, it's my fault that people see that kind of blog posts one after another, as i tried to bump their post on the main blog board, in the recently posted, by posting the first welcome comment in their blogs... all most all the noobies do not have much to talk about when they start to blog. perhaps they don't even know what the blog is about, so they posts the similar posts, such as the site not working, they are not having a luck on this site, or what kind of sexual position you like, or if you like specific sexual act, such as oral or anal, or this site is full of fakes... well, i don't blame for that...who said you must be experienced bloggers to post, and again, it is not fair for the new bloggers to get unnoticed. as you know, due to the glitches, if you don't get a first comment, the posts never see the sun. if the site is fixing the glitches, all of the penis shot almost all the male posts would show up, and the famous noobies question and rant would show up...so be it...if you don't care much about, don't read...don't look...you can pretty much pick and choose from the title only...or just read the watched bloggers' post... as far as the stupid things male members on this site says, ya, after 10 years on this site, i just leaned to ignore and skim though them...from my experience, 99% are like that...and only 1% of male members are intelligent enough to communicate with me...and from the 1%, i met a few from this site... i hate to see some one got to leave, but you can't change the stupid, you can't make them feel or think what you are feeling or thinking...they are every where...this is why i don't go to walmart anymore...just kiddin...but anyway...you know what i mean? especially online, it's pretty bad, even on face book, so many nastiness going on, i just got to skim though and ignore...i don't normally unfriend, because that would cause more drama, so just let it be, if i see the post i don't agree with... sometime people just get burnt and leave this site...i lost a bunches of people from here...in fact, nowadays, only a handful left from my old days...i wish them for good luck.

I've heard a couple of people say this. And I agree. The site works exactly how you work it, if that makes sense. If you're respectable and friendly, you find respectful and friendly people. Sure there are the asshats, that will try to but in. You just have to ignore and focus on the good people. There are plenty of good people on the site.
