Masturbation For those like me, who are poor in spirit and find it excruciatingly difficult to go about in public and seduce a woman into sex acts, I have some thoughts about masturbation, cumming, and cum-retaining. I've been masturbating since I was twelve years old, using porn, and now a Fleshlight. The presiding authorities on society: church and medicine, argue different agendas. On the one hand, Church encourages its cessation, whereas medical schools of thought express no harm, and even benefits. Who to trust? Medicine seems to have flip-flopped on this subject recently, and those are the same quacks that have denigrated drug use, lobbied its criminalization, and persecuted the innocent users, all for the gain of money and power through prescription medication. I for one trust myself on the matter, and have some thoughts from my wee bit of life experience that maybe you will find interesting in considering your own opinion. Healthy? Yes. Cumming does indeed relieve stress, frustration, and growing anger. I've believed and experienced this for years, despite what the church teaches. Yet, there seems to be a depressive quality to it as well, since it requires significant energy production to produce more sperm and restore reproductive resources, as I've been learning recently. So, I've been thinking that retaining cum is actually a power resource for men, spiritually-- literally. What I mean is that the collection of the reproductive fluid has an energy enhancing property to your body, which can be used as you will. This probably works literally in a electromagnetic way upon the subtle nerves of your genitalia and reproductive system, as well as in a more gross way upon your perception of reality, consciously. I suppose it is different for each individual experience how this is described, so I won't go into details. However, consider both the physical pressure of building stores, as well as the electromagnetic resonance emitted by the semen... What is best then? Daily? Multiple times a day? Every couple days? Self celibacy and becoming the overlord of your body's urges? Honestly, daily is probably good, and every couple of days is better. Though multiple times a day isn't bad. If you have a partner to love... I don't know. I've not had one long enough to form any conclusions on the matter. Probably the same thing goes though, considering that cum is cum, whether you give it to her, flush it down the sewer, or deposit it in your garden. However... If you are really good, and religiously spiritual, a weekly goal might be best. "On the seventh day God rested..." this is cue to take the opportunity to cum all you want, since God is asleep and all. Having held my horses for seven days or more at different times for different reasons, this might be a good reward for that power build up... A good cum after seven days is superior to a daily cum, probably due to the increased pressure build up from physical elements as well as psychological tension... but is it worth the wait? That's up to you. I'm on a daily level right now, with multiple cummings in each session, which is working fine for me. I may switch to a self willed every other day though, just to see how it changes my experience of reality, and I'll let you know. By the way-- using the Fleshlight with pelvic thrusting is the way to go. It's better for fitness, muscle memory, and general sex skills. If you have one, I recommend you always use it that way, visualizing a person (porn star, consenting partner, or imaginary) as though practicing. Like meditation for athletes, but sex athletes!
