Snow bound
Take a trip up North to get away.
Found a cabin where we can stay.
Deep in the woods there are no phones.
Fireplace is made of all field-stones.
Bundles of wood set on the floor.

Crackling pops as we start the fire.
Candles are lit, to set the mood.
Cheese and crackers are our only food.
Sheepskin rugs lay out, we share glasses of wine.
With you, us together, all is fine.

The skies turn white as the snow starts flying.
Winds are howling like babies crying.
It's cold outside but cozy in here.
We will be fine, nothing to fear.
No other place I would rather be.

Your face is glowing in the light.
Just you and I are in for the night.
Put more wood on to the fire.
The scent in the air is filled with desire.
Snow bound with the one you love.
