 Good thing they dropped it when they wanted to, 54' feet of tree falling can do a lot of damage.

They were very professional as to place where the tree fell. A definite two thumbs-up for these workers.

The distance from the stump to the edge of my deck is 13.3m (43.6 ft).
The back wall of my house is another 3.5m from the deck.
13.3+3.5=16.8m (55 ft)

The roof over the deck would be damaged. I'm sure some of the debris would have damaged the house as well.
