How do you flirt....in public?

I’m guessing that some don’t or are too shy...I’ve seen a lot of peeps do some weird stuff. From the most obvious..HEY ...where you going...to walking, or bumping into others on purpose. Those types are probably here with their dick pics... roll...
Me? I’m horrible at it...I need some game.. help a guy . I seem to get glances, and an occasional hello..if I’m interested in someone in public, a hello, or a wave. Lol usually ends in a crash and burn
So enlighten me...what works for you, and what doesn’t.
Complimenting women always is a great ice breaker..mentioning how something matches well, or looks nice on them. Fill me in peeps....I’m ready for a few face slaps!
